I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

  1. The Administrator of personal data collected through the www.hitze.company store is HitzeLtd. company, with address, place of business and delivery address: Gdyńska 32, 26-600

Radom, NIP 9482603545, REGON: 361379132, e-mail (e-mail):

handlowy@hitze.company, here in after referred to as "Administrator", which is also the Service Provider.

  1. Recipient personal data are processed in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, dated 29 August 1997 (J.of.L No. 133, item. 883 as amended), and the Act on electronic services of 18 July 2002 (J.of.LNo. 144, item. 1204, as amended).
    3. The administrator takes special care to protect the interests of the data, and in particular ensures that the data collected is:
  2. a) processed lawfully,
  3. b) collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing not in accordance with these objectives,
  4. c) relevant and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form which permits identification of the data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
  5. Any words or phrases written in the content of this Privacy Policy with a capital letter shall be construed in accordance with their definitions in the www.hitze.company Store Regulations.

 


II. GOAL AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

 

1.The Customers’ personal data, collected by the Administrator, is used for accounting

purposes, for marketing purposes (Newsletter), contacting the Customer and other activities related to the performance of the Sales Agreement.

  1. The Administrator processes the following personal data of the Customer:
  2. a) Name,
  3. b) The name of the company,
  4. c) NIP,
  5. d) Address (street and house number / apartment, zip code, city)
  6. e) Telephone number,
  7. f) E-mail.
  8. The Administrator can process the following data, characterizing the use by the Client of the services provided electronically (operating data):
  9. a) End identification marks of a telecommunications network or computer system that was

used by Client.

  1. b) Information about the start, end and scope of each use by the Client of the services provided electronically.
  2. c) Information concerning the scope of use by the Client of the services provided electronically.
    Releasing the personal details referred to in point 2 is necessary for the electronic provision of services by the Service Provider within the Store, or performing a Product Sales Agreement.


III. BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

 

  1. Using the Store, concluding contracts for the provision of electronical services via the Store, or entering into Product Sales Agreements, which involve the need to enter personal information, is entirely voluntary. The person to whom the data relates independently decides whether to start using the services provided electronically by the Service Provider or enter into a Purchase Agreement Product, in accordance with the Regulations.
  2. In accordance with Article 23 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of 29 August 1997 (J. of L. No. 133, item. 883 as amended), processing is permitted, among other things, if:
    a) the data subject has given its consent, unless it pertains to the removal of its data,
  3. b) it is necessary for the performance of the contract, when the data subject is a party or when it is necessary to take action before the conclusion of the contract at the request of the data subject.
  4. The processing of personal data by the Administrator always takes place based on the admissibility criteria for processing, referred to in point 2. Processing of the data will relate to the execution of the contract, or the need to take action before the conclusion of the contract, at the request of the data subject (pt. 2 b). In addition, before the conclusion of contracts for the provision of electronic services available through the Store, the Client is informed about the necessity of acceptance of the Store Regulations.

IV.RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS AND AMENDMENTS TO PERSONAL DATA

1.The Client has the right to access their personal data and correct them.

2.Every person has the right to control the processing of data concerning them, contained in the database of the Administrator, and in particular the right to request to amend, update, or correct personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or removal if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or collected in violation of the law, or is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

  1. “COOKIES” FILES
  2. The Store Service Provider uses "cookies." No changes by the Client made to browser settings is equivalent to agreeing to their use.
  3. Installation of "cookies" is necessary for the proper provision of services within the store. "Cookies" are information necessary for the proper functioning of the Store, in particular in cases requiring authorization.
  4. The Store uses three types of "cookies": "session", "permanent" and "analytical".
    a) "Session Cookies” are temporary files that are stored in the end device of the Service User, for log out time (leaving the store).
  5. b) "Permanent Cookies" are stored in the end device of the Service User, for the time specified in the parameters of "cookies", or until their removal by the User.
  6. c) “Analytical Cookies " enable a better understanding of how Recipients interact with the Store content, better organize its layout. "Analytical Cookies" gather information on the use of the Store by the Client, type of page from which the Client has been redirected, and the number of visits and duration of a visit to the Store. This information does not record specific personal data the Client, but is used to develop the statistics for the Store use.
  7. The Client has the right to decide on access of the "cookies" to their computer, by means of browser settings. Detailed information about the possibilities and methods of "cookies" use is available in the software settings (web browser).

 

  1. VI. FINAL PROVISIONS


1.The Administrator uses technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, appropriate to the risk sand category of data being protected, in particular to protect data against their unauthorized disclosure, take over by an unauthorized person, processing with the violation of existing regulations,alteration, loss, damage or destruction .

2.The service provider provides the appropriate technical measures to prevent he acquisition and modification by unauthorized persons of the personal data transmittedelectronically.
3. In cases not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the www.hitze.companyStoreRegulations shall apply, and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
