Service and sales

We put great store on professional and friendly customer service. We strive for efficient cooperation with HITZE, in a friendly atmosphere, with mutual benefits, and satisfaction. We prepared a special Code of Good Cooperation that we apply to our daily operations, with great openness and friendliness.

CODE OF GOOD COOPERATION

  1. We care for high quality customer service and we are aware of huge responsibility for our work.
  2. We keep agreements, both written and verbal.
  3. We fulfill all conditions of cooperation carefully and reliably. In case of any obstacles, we search for optimal solutions which will be beneficial for both parties.
  4. We keep deadlines and promises made to customers (e.g. we arrive on time for an appointment, we pass our offers on the set date.
  5. We carefully verify all the information before we pass it on to our clients or colleagues.
  6.  We provide reliable information on customer inquiries (e.g. questions about the current production or shipping status).
  7. We follow changes in resolutions, ordinances, procedures on an ongoing basis and apply them to the performed duties.
  8. We admit our mistakes and strive to correct them. Anticipating further consequences, we react to the mistakes of our colleagues, so that they can also be corrected.
  9. We are constantly looking for process improvements in which we participate. Emerging issues are treated as a new experience which may be an opportunity to change for the better.
  10. We creatively develop ideas appearing from different places of the organization and strive to implement them.
  11. We serve all customers with openness and kindness, regardless of the scope of cooperation, place of parcel shipping and the level of sales.
  12. We actively meet the needs of the customer, trying to stay ahead of their expectations and seeking improvements for further cooperation.
  13. In case of emerging problems, we advise the customer and seek for the best solutions together.
  14. We never promise impossible services or activities.
  15. If we cannot meet the customer expectations, we always explain the reason.
  16. We keep clients and co-workers up to date with any changes in our systems and the way of providing service.
  17. The customer is immediately given an accurate information about any aberrations in the quality of the provided service. 
  18. We respond to letters, e-mails and phone calls efficiently and without delay.
