A small gas fireplace, the CALMA cassette
The CALMA cassette is a perfect solution for people who want to buy a small gas fireplace for their flat, house, apartment or summer house. It can be installed in an already existing open hearth that we want to close. However, its possibilities are much greater. There is nothing to prevent you from creating a dedicated housing for it or buying it together with a ready-made housing dedicated to the CALMA hearth.
The perfect and natural vision of fire is fully controlled using the remote control. What's more, we can adjust the height and intensity of the flame in up to 7 different settings, thanks to which we control what we want to watch.
The Calma cassette is shallow, measuring less than 30 cm in depth, over 50 cm in width and 72 cm in height from the base of the legs to the end of the fireplace insert. Thanks to its compact design and relatively low weight of 50 kg, it is an easy-to-install device that will not only decorate the living room, but also provide it with warmth. Thanks to its tight structure, it is ideal for houses with recuperation.
Its small nominal power (less than 5 kW) and small dimensions make it possible to install it in apartments or blocks of flats.
A free-standing, portal gas fireplace, or maybe an individual building?
The gas fireplace, which is the CALMA cassette, is ideal for typical English hearths, which are covered with portals. However, unlike open fireplaces, the Calma built-in gas insert can be finished with a stone, metal or MDF portal. Each of these covers will make the Calma cassette look like a typical portal fireplace.
There are also other housing options for the Calma cassette. Thanks to its compact design, the cassette can be built into a small enclosure that will separate it from the rest of the room in a decorative and rather symbolic way. In this way, it will make the cassette look more like a free-standing fireplace.
For people who value simplicity and convenience, we have created a dedicated solution in the form of a ready-made housing for the Calma gas cartridge. It is characterized by a modern design, minimalist decorations and ease of installation.
A safe gas fireplace - how the CALMA cassette is built
The CALMA gas fireplace is made of high-quality boiler sheet, resistant to high temperatures. In addition, in the door of the cassette we placed dedicated NeoClear fireplace glass, which, thanks to two-sided polishing, not only provides an anti-reflective effect, but also reflects the perfect vision of fire.
The Calma cassette has an innovative door closing system in its design, which is also explosion protection. The fireplace insert works with an anti-outflow protection in the form of a control burner module, which makes it completely safe, even in the event of unforeseen random events.
The included remote control functions as a thermostat, i.e. it measures the temperature in the room . In addition, it has many other useful functions, e.g.: parental lock, time setting, minimum and maximum fire height, or timer.

If you want to add extra depth to the hearth, you can line the rear wall of the combustion chamber with a black-tinted glass panel.
