HITZE Academy Training – Report from the Event May 15-16, 2024
On May 15-16, 2024, we had the pleasure of hosting our dealers from Greece for a training as part of HITZE Academy.
The main topic of the training was: CALMA line gas fireplaces. This unique event allowed participants to gain both theoretical and practical knowledge about our products.

A visit to Production
The first point of the program was a visit to the production. Participants had the opportunity to see with their own eyes how our wood, gas and bio-fireplaces are made. They could also take a look at the production of terrace heaters and other products offered by STALKO. It was a unique opportunity to see the entire production process, from raw material to finished product.
We care about quality at every stage of production!
The next stage was a visit to our laboratory. Participants could see how we test the quality of manufactured fireplaces.
We have outlined the procedures and technologies we use to ensure the highest quality and safety standards our products.
Testing the tightness of gas fireplace installations was one of the key points of this training segment.
Then we moved on to theoretical part of the training. Participants gained comprehensive knowledge about CALMA line gas fireplaces.
We discussed technical details, design and installation aspects and the latest trends and innovations in the industry.
Our team of experts also shared valuable tips on the most common mistakes and how to fix them.
Practical training
The last, but extremely important stage of the training was the practical part. Participants had the opportunity to independently install gas fireplaces and lay ceramic logs.
Under the watchful eye of our specialists, they learned how to avoid mistakes when using fireplace controllers and remote controls.
It was extremely valuable experience, which allowed our partners to acquire the skills necessary for professional installation and service of gas fireplaces.
