1 What is the Hitze Academy Course? How is the course organised and what are its main objectives?

The Hitze Academy course, organised by Stalko, is designed to teach knowledge of the Hitze brand range and the skills involved in promoting and selling them. The course lasts two days and includes in-depth training on identifying product competitive advantages, sales skills and practical aspects of handling Hitze products.

Who can take part in the Hitze Academy Course? Who is the training aimed at and are any special qualifications required?

Attendance at the course is available to existing and potential Hitze brand distributors interested in expanding their knowledge and skills in the Hitze product range.

3 How do I register for a course? What steps do I need to take to successfully register for a training course?

Registration for the course takes place via an online form by completing the application questionnaire available at hitze.co.uk/academy and accept the terms and conditions of the course or by e-mail by sending a request to the following e-mail address akademia@hitze.pl

4 What does the course registration form contain? What information is needed when completing the registration form?

The course registration form contains identification and contact details which are necessary for processing in order to fulfil the course participation agreement.

Is there a fee to attend the course? Is the training free or is there a cost involved?

The course is free of charge for participants and the course organiser also covers the cost of accommodation and meals during the course.

6 What is the course schedule like? Can you give an outline of daily activities and class times?

The course lasts two days and covers a variety of topics related to the Hitze brand range. The exact schedule is available at hitze.co.uk/academy

7 Where is the course taking place? What is the address of the training venue and how can participants get there?

The course takes place at Stalko's premises at 32 Gdyńska Street, 26-600 Radom.

8 What should you bring to the course? Are there specific materials or tools that participants should bring?

The organiser provides all necessary materials and teaching tools. Participants should bring with them good humour and a positive attitude.

What are the terms and conditions of the course? Where can I find and review the terms and conditions of the course?

The course regulations are available at www.hitze.pl/akademia and must be accepted by the participant prior to registration.

10 How is personal information processed in connection with the course? What measures are taken to protect participants' personal information?

Personal data is processed in accordance with the RODO and national legislation. The course organiser ensures that the data is protected from access by third parties and is only used for the purposes of the course. The recipients of the data can only be persons and entities authorised to implement the course contract.

11. can I withdraw from the course? What is the process and are there any penalties for cancellation?

The participant may cancel his/her participation without incurring costs no later than 14 days before the start of the course. In the event of a later cancellation, the organiser may claim a refund of the costs incurred on the participant.

12. what happens if I miss one of the course sessions? Are there make-up sessions or other ways to catch up?

In the case of an excused absence, the participant may be entitled to make up the hours of the course he or she missed during the next edition of the course.

13 What is included in the course materials? What type of resources and materials will be provided during the training?

Course materials include detailed documentation of Hitze products, presentations, manuals, sales guides and additional educational resources. These materials are protected by copyright and may only be used for course-related purposes.

14. What meals and accommodation are provided? What are the allocated funds for meals during the course?

The organizer provides participants with one hot meal during the lunch break during each day of the course.

15 What certificates will I receive on completion of the course? What does the course certificate mean and how is it awarded?

Upon completion of the entire course, participants will receive a certificate of participation. Full participation in the course programme is a prerequisite for receiving the certificate.

16 How can I use the skills I have learnt on this course? What are the practical applications of the training?

Completing the course enables you to better identify the advantages of Hitze products, make more effective sales arguments and gain practical skills in installation, maintenance and technical troubleshooting.

17. what if there are dietary restrictions or special needs? How does the course adapt to specific dietary needs or accessibility requirements?

Participants with specific dietary requirements or special needs should notify the organiser of such needs prior to the start of the course to ensure that meals are adapted accordingly.

18 Is there a limit on the number of participants for each session of the course? How many people can register for each session?

We endeavour to conduct training in small groups of 5-20 people to ensure the highest quality of training and the ability to focus on issues that are important to each course participant.

19 What are the safety protocols during the course? What are the health and safety guidelines during the training?

All activities during the course must comply with current health and safety regulations and participants are required to follow the instructions of course staff on the safe use of equipment and tools.
