The privacy of our customers is of utmost importance, and we want you to feel comfortable regarding the security of your personal data as well.
In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJEU L 2016.119.1), hereinafter referred to as 'GDPR,' I hereby inform you that:

Your personal data are processed in accordance with the Regulation and Polish legal regulations for the purpose of:

- using products and services offered by the Company (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)

Providing data is voluntary but necessary for the fulfillment of the above purposes.
Hitze will transmit your personal data to other recipients to whom the processing of personal data has been entrusted on behalf of and for the benefit of Hitze. Entities entrusted with the processing of your personal data may process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR, in a third country. These entities may also use further entities located in a third country for the processing of your personal data.
The category of recipients to whom Hitze has entrusted the processing of personal data also includes: its subcontractors, suppliers, and external entities cooperating with Hitze. Therefore, your personal data may also be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and processed there. Each operation of personal data transfer is carried out in accordance with applicable law. If data is transferred outside the EEA, Hitze applies an appropriate level of data protection.

How long will we process your data?
The data will be retained for the duration of the business relationship between the Customer and Hitze, but no later than for a period of 3 years from the end of these relations, with the proviso, however, that it will not be retained later than until the Customer objects to such processing. When the basis for processing is consent, it will be retained until it is withdrawn.
Customer data is not subject to and will not be subject to profiling.

Do you have rights?
You have the right to:
- access to your personal data and receiving copies of the processed personal data;
- correction of your inaccurate data;
- request for data erasure (right to be forgotten) in case of circumstances specified in Article 17 of the GDPR;
- request for the limitation of data processing in cases specified in Article 18 of the GDPR;
- request for the limitation of data processing in cases specified in Article 18 of the GDPR;
- transferring provided data processed in an automated manner.

Your personal data will be processed in connection with sending you the Newsletter electronically. The legal basis for processing your personal data to receive the Newsletter is your prior consent for marketing communication, as well as Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR. Providing personal data is not mandatory but necessary for you to receive the Newsletter from us as part of an electronic services agreement.

- to conduct the recruitment process, based on the employer's authorization resulting from Article 22¹. The legal basis for processing the above-mentioned personal data is a legal obligation (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in connection with labor law regulations).
- to conduct the recruitment process, based on your consent to process your personal data, i.e., personal data other than those specified in the above point, provided in your CV, form, cover letter, and other documents. The legal basis for processing is the aforementioned consent (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR)."
- to fulfill the legitimate interests of the data controller in relation to data obtained from you during the recruitment process, in order to assess your skills and abilities required for a specific job position as indicated in the job advertisement. The legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
- to fulfill the legitimate interests of the data controller in case of a legal need to establish facts or demonstrate the fulfillment of obligations (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
- to conduct the recruitment process, based on your consent to process your personal data, i.e., personal data other than those specified in the above point, provided in your CV, form, cover letter, and other documents. The legal basis for processing is the aforementioned consent (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR)."

We inform you that we do not make decisions in an automated manner, including profiling.
How long will we process your data?
- In the scope indicated in points 1. A, B, C, your data will be stored for the time necessary to conduct this recruitment.
- In the scope indicated in point 1. D, your data will be stored for the period of limitation of claims arising from legal regulations, as well as for the time required by the regulations to retain data.
- In the scope indicated in point 1. E, your personal data will be stored for a period of 12 months from the date of giving consent.
What rights do you have?
You have the right to:
- access to your personal data and receiving copies of the processed personal data;
- correction of your inaccurate data;
- request for data erasure (right to be forgotten) in case of circumstances specified in Article 17 of the GDPR;
- withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal. A statement of withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data can be sent to the company's address provided below.
