Ceramic glass resistant to 800°C

The insert door is equipped with heat-resistant ceramic glass suitable for operation at temperatures up to 800°CThe material allows for safe observation of the fire and retains its properties during proper use of the device.

Furthermore, the glazing is supported by an air curtain system. Air is directed along the inner surface of the glass, helping to reduce the buildup of soot and other contaminants. As a result, the view of the firebox can remain clear for longer.

However, a clean glass system does not eliminate the need for periodic cleaning. Glass transparency is also influenced by wood moisture content, fuel quality, chimney draft, and fireplace operation.

Thermal efficiency and controlled wood combustion

Secondary air is supplied to the upper part of the combustion chamber. This helps to burn the gases produced by fuel combustion. This allows more of the energy to be used for heating the room.

Pollen emissions at 13% O2 is 36 mg/m³, while CO emissions at 13% O2 is 818 mg/m³. Obtaining the declared parameters requires the use of appropriately dry wood and the use of the insert in accordance with the instructions.

External air intake and recuperation

The ALBERO series allows you to match selected insert elements to the character of your interior. Customization options include a handle, grilles, and a black concrete fireplace insert.

An optional black powder-coated handle allows for a more uniform appearance of the door. The dark combustion chamber lining creates a cohesive composition with the insert frame and highlights the color of the flames.

Thanks to this, the left-sided fireplace insert can be matched to the color scheme of the building, furniture and other elements of the living room equipment.

Dimensions and weight of the AL9L.HD insert

The dimensions of the device are 636 × 1009 × 443 mmThe corner structure requires that both the front and left side of the glazing be included in the design.

The insert weighs 112 kg. Therefore, the substrate should have adequate load-bearing capacity and be prepared in accordance with the requirements for the installation of solid fuel heating devices.

Before starting the installation, you should also take into account the space needed to connect the flue pipe, provide an air intake and maintain the required distances from flammable elements.

According to Ecodesign information, this product cannot be used as a primary heating source. Therefore, it should be used as a supplementary heat source, in accordance with its intended use and the device's instructions.
