Ecology and energy efficiency
CHARUTO is a modern wood-burning goat with a high heat exchanger, equipped with a system of deflectors for better heat transfer. The combustion chamber of the fireplace is lined with elements made of accumulation material raising the temperature of wood combustion, which has a direct impact on reducing emissions of dust and oxides, making the fireplace fully ecological. Construction details and controls
The combustion chamber of the fireplace has a hearth equipped with a cast iron grate, under which there is a removable ash pan for easy cleaning of the stove. Supplementation of the combustion chamber is accomplished through the use of primary air supplied through the grate, secondary air supplied through openings located on the rear wall of the combustion chamber, and an air curtain that also takes care of the cleanliness of the glass. Air control is provided by two independent air dampers, which are controlled by separate handles located under the door.
Aesthetics and functionality of the door
The CHARUTO freestanding stove has a round door equipped with a curved glass on which a decorative DECOR has been applied. The high door guarantees a wonderful vision of the fire, so the fireplace will delight even the most demanding users. The glass used in the fireplace is a transparent fireplace ceramic, which has been additionally polished on both sides.
Compatibility with modern technologies
The CHARUTO freestanding goat is a device designed to work with recuperation, which means that the fireplace can be used in houses with mechanical ventilation. This is possible because, the stove has a fresh air intake stub, which allows the supply of combustion air from outside the building. The tightness of the construction of the body and door of the stove is ensured by the use of high-precision CNC machines in the production process, including lasers, press brakes and welding robots. The door seal was made using specialized materials, and the design of the door closing mechanism ensures perfect pressure.
Practical solutions and accessories
In the lower part of the fireplace there is additionally a chamber having a steel, lockable door with a click system. In such a prepared space can store wood, fireplace gloves, or other items used to operate the device. The fireplace is additionally equipped with four adjustable feet that allow the stove to be leveled without problems.
Flexibility of installation and finish
The exhaust outlet can optionally be routed from the top of the fireplace or from the rear. This is made possible by the use of a removable cast-iron outlet spigot. The structure of the fireplace is protected with high-temperature fireplace paint that can withstand temperatures up to 800 °C. The side and rear panels are made using numerically controlled machines, which ensures that the individual components fit properly.
