SIGA 3S freestanding three-pane fireplace
SIGA 3S freestanding three-pane fireplace This is an evolution of one of HITZE's bestselling models. The front glass and two side windows provide a panoramic view of the fire. This allows the flames to be observed from different parts of the living room or open-plan living area.
The slim, geometric shape gives the device a modern character. At the same time, three glass panes make the fireplace look impressive whether placed against a wall or in a more central part of the room. Furthermore, the compact form makes it easy to fit the device into interiors of various sizes.
Panoramic view of the fire from three sides
The most important feature of the SIGA 3S model is glazing of the fireplace on three sidesThe front glass and two side windows allow you to observe the fire from various angles. As a result, the fireplace becomes a distinctive design element and attracts attention regardless of its location in the room.
Moreover, carefully designed door frames expose the glazing area, ensuring the fireplace remains the central element of the entire structure. At the same time, the steel doors provide adequate rigidity and resistance to high temperatures.
High thermal efficiency SIGA 3S
The SIGA 3S freestanding fireplace has been designed to efficiently use the energy generated during wood burning. Thermal efficiency of 84% allows for efficient heat transfer into the room. Furthermore, the heating load range from 3 to 8.5 kW allows the device's operating intensity to be adjusted to current demand.
However, the proper selection of a fireplace should take into account the room's surface area and volume, the building's insulation quality, and its actual energy needs. Therefore, it's worth consulting the device's parameters with a qualified installer before installation.
Three-stage combustion chamber aeration
SIGA 3S uses three-stage combustion chamber aeration systemThe air is directed to the appropriate zones of the combustion chamber, ensuring a stable and controlled combustion process.
Furthermore, the device's operation is regulated using a single lever located under the door. As a result, the fireplace's operation remains intuitive, and the user can conveniently control the air flow to the firebox.
Exhaust gas afterburning system and air curtain
The afterburning system It supplies additional air to the upper part of the combustion chamber. This aids in the combustion of gases produced during wood combustion and allows for better utilization of the energy contained in the fuel.
At the same time, the air curtain directs the airflow along the glass surface. This helps reduce the buildup of soot and other contaminants. While the system doesn't eliminate the need for periodic cleaning of the glass, it does allow for a longer panoramic view of the fire.
Additionally, proper use of the fireplace and burning properly seasoned wood help reduce pollen and carbon monoxide emissions.
Combustion chamber lined with ACCUCERAM material
The combustion chamber and deflector are made of ACCUCERAM storage materialThis material accumulates thermal energy and then gradually releases it into the interior of the device and the room.
This ensures the temperature in the firebox remains more stable. Furthermore, the light-colored combustion chamber lining creates contrast with the flames and highlights the panoramic character of the triple-glazed SIGA 3S fireplace.
Efficient heat collection from exhaust gases
A special heat exchanger equipped with steel water tubes helps extract thermal energy from the exhaust gases. The heat is then transferred to the room, improving the device's operating efficiency.
In turn, the steel restrictor extends the exhaust gas flow path inside the fireplace. This allows hot exhaust gases to remain in the heat exchanger longer, and more of the energy can be used to heat the interior.
Cast iron grate and convenient ash pan
The SIGA 3S is equipped with cast iron grate and removable ash panThis solution makes it easier to remove wood burning residue. Furthermore, the spacious ash pan reduces the frequency of emptying the device.
The lower section of the structure also features a lockable shelf, allowing for discreet storage of fireplace accessories. A door with a click system provides convenient access to the space beneath the fireplace.
Ceramic glass resistant to 800°C
The SIGA 3S free-standing three-pane fireplace features ceramic glass polished on both sides, resistant to temperatures up to 800°CThis ensures that the glazing retains its properties during operation and allows for safe observation of the flames.
What's more, the three glass surfaces provide a wider view of the firebox than in the standard fireplace. As a result, the fire is visible from both the front and both sides of the appliance.
SIGA 3S fireplace for a home with heat recovery
The SIGA 3S freestanding fireplace has a tight combustion chamber and the possibility of supplying air from outside the buildingThis means the device does not have to draw all the air needed for combustion directly from the room.
As a result, the model can be used in modern, airtight, and energy-efficient homes equipped with mechanical ventilation. Furthermore, the external air intake allows for better control of the combustion process.
Three variants of exhaust outlet
The SIGA 3S design allows you to choose one of three variants of exhaust gas outletThis allows you to adjust the fireplace configuration to the location of the chimney and the layout of the room.
Furthermore, the ability to change the arrangement of housing components increases installation flexibility. Four adjustable feet facilitate proper leveling of the device.
Compliance with Ecodesign requirements
The SIGA fireplace meets the requirements Ekoprojekt, BImSchV II and 15a B-VGThe requirements for local solid fuel space heaters are specified, among other things, by: Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1185.
In accordance with Ecodesign requirements, this product cannot be used as a primary heating source. Therefore, it should be used as a supplementary heat source, in accordance with its intended use and the device's instructions.
To sum up, SIGA 3S three-pane freestanding fireplace It combines a panoramic view of the fire, a modern form, and practical features known from the bestselling SIGA series. This allows it to serve both a heating and decorative purpose in a modern living room.
