The sales policy of the Polish manufacturer is based on respecting the existing distribution structures, which is why HITZE leaves customer service to its partners.We sell our products through our partners with whom we have commercial agreements that define our mutual rights and obligations regarding warranty conditions.

The company providing the warranty to the end user is the direct seller of the product. As the manufacturer, we are only responsible for the product according to the warranty card. We are not responsible for services or products provided by third parties, such as installation or removal. The following form is intended for our business customers.
