At Hitze we believe that effective business relations require trust. Trust, in turn, is rooted in loyalty, which is the result of all the small decisions of the Management Board and employees of Hitze. We make every effort to create and implement a strategy that allows both the manufacturer and the distributor to develop simultaneously. We focus on long-term relationships and clear terms of cooperation.

HITZE's sales policy is based on the knowledge of local conditions of the heating industry and respect for existing distribution structures.

That is why our partners include both wholesalers with a leading sales position in a given country and small family fireplace companies.

We know very well that our job is to produce. We leave retail sales and installation services 100% to distributors. Without loyalty in this basic area we could not strengthen our business relations.
