ACCUCERAM HEAT is a dedicated accumulation system for fireplace inserts HITZE ALBERO, created to make even more full use of the energy generated during wood combustion.
During operation, specially selected storage elements absorb some of the generated heat and store it within their mass. As combustion intensity decreases, the stored energy is gradually released into the environment.
Thanks to this, the heat does not end with the fire. ACCUCERAM HEAT increases the thermal inertia of the entire fireplace and allows you to use the stored energy even after intensive burning has ended.
The fire goes out. The heat remains.
Accumulator designed for HITZE ALBERO
ACCUCERAM HEAT is intended for fireplace inserts from the series HITZE ALBERO equipped with a 200 mm diameter exhaust outlet.
The storage elements are installed in layers above the insert body, directly around the flue. They absorb energy from the intensely heated exhaust zone, store it, and then gradually release it as the fireplace cools.
The appropriately profiled shape of the elements facilitates their proper arrangement and ensures a stable connection of the individual parts of the system.
This is not randomly added mass.
This storage tank is designed as part of the HITZE heating system.
Four levels in the basic set
Basic set ACCUCERAM HEAT consists of four levels of storage elements with a total weight of approximately 52 kg.
This design allows for increased storage capacity of the fireplace without significantly increasing its footprint. The elements surround the flue, utilizing the space above the insert, where a large amount of thermal energy is available during combustion.

Design ACCUCERAM HEAT is modular in nature. The basic set can be expanded with subsequent levels of accumulation elements.
Each additional layer increases the system's total mass and, consequently, its ability to absorb and store thermal energy. A larger number of layers means greater storage potential and the ability to gradually release the stored heat over a longer period.
The number of levels can be adjusted to:
- selected insert model,
- construction of the fireplace,
- available space above the device,
- expected level of heat accumulation.
Thanks to this ACCUCERAM HEAT can be configured both as a basic four-level set and a more extensive system with increased storage mass.
Advanced heat storage
With the heart ACCUCERAM HEAT is a specially selected accumulation mixture combining high density, high heat capacity, effective energy conduction and high temperature resistance.
Each of these parameters performs a specific function.
High density – 2500 kg/m³
A large mass of material contained in a relatively small volume provides high energy storage potential without the need to excessively increase the system dimensions.
High heat capacity – 2.2 kJ/(dm³ K)
The material can store a significant amount of energy when heated, creating a heat reserve that is used when combustion intensity is reduced.
Thermal conductivity – 1.6 W/(m K)
Appropriate conductivity enables efficient absorption of energy during the insert's operation and its subsequent transfer from the heated storage mass.
Temperature resistance – up to 1000°C
The material is adapted to work in the demanding environment of a heating device and high temperatures.
More than just extra weight
At ACCUCERAM HEAT It's not just about increasing the weight of the fireplace.
It counts the ability of the entire system to absorb energy when it is most abundant, store it and use it later.
The additional storage mass stabilizes the way the fireplace releases heat. Instead of using energy only during intense combustion, some of it is retained in the elements. ACCUCERAM HEAT and released as they gradually cool down.
The effect is more even and time-distributed sensation of heat.

Additional accumulation slings
In addition to the system mounted above the insert, we also offer additional accumulation slings, intended for selected series and models of HITZE devices.
The storage elements are placed in specially designed steel frames mounted on the body of the fireplace insert. The design, dimensions, and arrangement of frames are tailored to the specific device.
During operation of the fireplace, the slings absorb some of the thermal energy from the heating body, store it and then gradually release it into the environment as the insert cools down.
The slings increase the total storage mass of the device, increasing its thermal inertia and allowing for even more complete use of the energy generated during wood combustion.
The system is available as optional equipment installed at the factory upon request. The customer receives an insert with appropriately selected and correctly installed storage elements, prepared for the installation of a fireplace.
The availability, number and arrangement of the suspensions depend on the selected series and model of the fireplace insert.
