HITZE heat exchangers
HITZE heat exchangers enable more efficient use of energy in heating systems. The range includes two groups of devices with different applications: exchangers mounted on the exhaust outlet and plate exchangers.
Heat exchangers for exhaust gas outlet
Heat exchangers mounted at the exhaust outlet recover some of the energy that would otherwise be lost through the chimney. Depending on the model chosen, the heat is transferred to water or air.
The devices are made of high quality boiler sheet metal", adapted to work at elevated temperatures. Their components are welded using industrial robots, ensuring precision and repeatability.
WCPW01 – water heat exchanger up to 7 kW
WCPW01 It has a cylindrical structure with a water jacket surrounding the flue gas pipe. The recovered heat is transferred to the water in the heating system.
The exchanger reaches a power of up to 7 kW and is available in a standard version and as WCPW01w with safety coil, required when the device operates in a closed system.
Both versions are offered for two flue diameters:
- Fi180 – Ø180 mm,
- Fi200 – Ø200 mm.
WCPW02 – water heat exchanger up to 10 kW
WCPW02 It is distinguished by a larger, polygonal body and increased water capacity. This allows it to extract more energy from exhaust gases and achieves power up to 10 kW.
The model is available in the following variants:
- WCPW02.Fi200 – flue diameter Ø200 mm.
WCPP01 – air heat exchanger up to 7 kW
WCPP01 is an air exchanger with a cylindrical structure. It uses the energy recovered from the exhaust gases to heat the air. The exchanger reaches a power of up to 7 kW and is available in two variants:
- WCPP01.Fi180 – flue diameter Ø180 mm,
- WCPP01.Fi200 – flue diameter Ø200 mm.

Plate heat exchangers from 18 to 50 kW
Plate heat exchangers are not installed at the exhaust outlet. They are a component of the hydraulic system, and their function is to efficiently transfer heat between two circuits of the heating system. Plate heat exchangers are installed in the hydraulic system and are used to transfer heat between two separate circuits. The media flow through separate channels and do not mix.
The offer includes four power variants – from 18 to 50 kW – which allows the exchanger to be adjusted to the parameters of the device and installation.
Specially embossed plates create turbulent fluid flow, increasing heat transfer intensity while minimizing pressure drops. This promotes efficient operation of the entire heating system.
Model 50 kW is made of 16 plates stainless steel, joined by copper soldering. This design ensures durability, corrosion resistance, and reduces the buildup of scale and other contaminants.
Plate heat exchangers require no additional replacement parts. They are delivered as complete units, ready to be integrated into the installation.
