Tunnel fireplace insert HST 68×43.TG
The HST 68×43.TG is a tunnel fireplace insert with double-sided glazing, allowing for viewing the fire from two opposite sides. This design is particularly effective in open-plan spaces, where the fireplace can effectively divide the living room, dining room, or other areas of the room.
The device's nominal power is 13.2 kW, and its thermal efficiency reaches 79%. The model is also compatible with heat recovery.
Fire Tunnel Vision
The key feature of the HST 68×43.TG model is its tunnel-shaped firebox. Opposite glazing allows for viewing the flames from both sides of the fireplace, making the device a focal point of any interior design.
This solution allows for greater freedom in building design and works perfectly between two functional zones of the house.
Guillotine doors
The insert is equipped with a guillotine-style door that opens vertically up and down. This design provides convenient access to the combustion chamber and maintains the fireplace's modern, minimalist design.
Steel doors are made of a reinforced profile ensuring adequate stiffness and resistance to high temperatures.
Heat-resistant glass and clean glass system
This model features heat-resistant ceramic glass designed to operate at temperatures up to 800°C. Decor glass comes standard, giving the glazing a modern and elegant look.
The clean glass system helps reduce soot build-up on glazing, allowing the view of the fire to remain clear for longer.
Controlled wood burning
The HST 68×43.TG features an integrated four-stage primary and secondary airflow damper. Adjustment is performed using a single lever, simplifying daily operation.
The thermal efficiency of the insert is 79%. Dust emission at 13% O₂ is 38 mg/m³, while CO emission at 13% O₂ is 925 mg/m³.
External air intake and recuperation
The insert is compatible with a heat recovery system. Combustion air can be supplied directly from outside the building, allowing it to be used in modern, energy-efficient homes.
The solution supports the proper cooperation of the fireplace with mechanical ventilation and limits the intake of air needed for combustion directly from the room.
P265GH boiler steel body
The insert casing is made of 4 mm thick P265GH boiler steel. The combustion chamber is lined with high-temperature-resistant ceramic concrete.
The model has a grateless firebox and a cast iron flue that can be rotated 360°, which makes it easier to adjust the exhaust gas discharge method to the chimney design.
Weight and assembly of HST 68×43.TG
The insert weighs 223 kg. The design features dual height adjustment – smooth and step-by-step – which facilitates proper positioning of the device during installation.
Due to the tunnel structure of the insert, the installation method should take into account access to both sides of the glazing, the required distances from flammable materials and proper ventilation of the body.
Why choose HST 68×43.TG?
The HST 68×43.TG combines a high output of 13.2 kW with an impressive, two-sided view of the fire. Its tunnel design allows the fireplace to be used as a connecting element or to subtly separate two interior zones.
The guillotine door, clean glass system, single-lever air regulation and the ability to work with heat recovery make this model combine a modern look with the functionality needed for everyday use.
*The high temperatures associated with burning in the fireplace may cause slight discoloration of the white paint. This is a natural process that does not affect the safety or operation of the appliance.
